1. Deposit Policy

• A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $25.00 is required to secure your appointment.

• This deposit will be applied towards your service cost.

2. Payment Methods

​

• We accept Cash, Zelle, or ApplePay for service payments.

• CashApp is only accepted for deposit payments.

​

3. Same-Day Bookings

​

• Same-day appointments are subject to availability and require a $75 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit.

• This convenience fee is not deducted from the final service cost.

4. Travel Bookings

​

• We offer services up to 50 miles outside the Atlanta area.

• Travel fees, as per the below rates, must be paid along with your deposit:

  • 5-25 Miles: $75.00

  • 25-50 Miles: $100.00

  • 50+ Miles: Please request extended travel rates.

5. Appointment Duration

​

• Appointment duration varies based on hair density, braid length, and chosen style.

• Please allocate at least 5-7 hours for locs and 6 hours for knotless braids.

• Inform your stylist in advance if you have time constraints. Additional charges may apply.

6. Hair Requirements

​

• Hair is included with all styles except crochet.

• If you choose to bring your own hair, it will not affect the service price.

• For loc styles, hair must be at least 4 inches in length.

7. Age Requirement

​

• Clients must be at least 12 years of age.

​

8. Guest Policy

​

• To ensure the comfort and safety of all, extra guests are not permitted during appointments.
